Brand: Courier exists to be a beacon for anyone who wants to work – and live – on their own terms. The Courier brand is about more than just starting a new business. It’s about providing a set of tools to help you learn new skills, make your own luck and be in charge of your own happiness. Courier was acquired by the Mailchimp Intuit brand in 2020.

Impact:

- Transformed Courier into a globally recognised media brand with diversified revenue streams and commercial properties under the ‘Courier Partners’ remit, culminating in its acquisition by Mailchimp (now Intuit) in early 2020.

- Drove 60% revenue growth year on year through strategic partnerships with corporate financial clients, including American Express, Barclaycard, and Santander, achieving customer renewal and retention targets. 

- Expanded the company’s UK market presence and revenue opportunities.
